Seasoned CFO and capital markets professional with a track record across the full real estate capital stack.

I have spent my career negotiating, structuring, and managing commercial real estate loans, equity investments, and bond portfolios at institutional platforms including PGIM Real Estate (Prudential), R4 Capital Funding, and BridgeInvest. My work spans bridge lending, distressed debt acquisition, tax-exempt bond portfolio management, and principal workouts, delivering over $1.0 billion of successfully restructured or refinanced loans.

Today I serve as a fractional CFO and CIO for emerging real estate sponsors, building the institutional-grade financial infrastructure that growing firms need to scale. I have raised direct equity from HNW and family office LPs, designed AI-powered underwriting tools, and led third-party audits and fund structuring across a diverse client base.

"I build the same tools for my clients that I use on my own deals. Nothing is theoretical. Operator first, advisor second."

Before finance, I was a third-generation educator. I taught Algebra I in Atlanta public schools through Teach For America and KIPP, leading 400 students to 1.5 years of average growth and increasing state test passage rates by 400%. That mission. the belief that working families deserve access to wealth-building opportunities. shapes every deal I touch.
